ET03 OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
BEWARE OF SCAMMERS: The potential winner will be contacted using the telephone number and email address provided with the selected entry. Elite Toyz Co. will never require payment, credit-card information, banking information, gift cards, or wire transfers to claim the Grand Prize. Elite Toyz does not notify potential winners through unofficial social-media accounts or direct messages.
The ET03 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is intended only for eligible legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, subject to the exclusions stated below. Do not enter if you are not eligible under these Official Rules at the time of entry.
1. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR
The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by:
Elite Toyz Co.
P.O. Box 1045
Deer Park, Texas 77536
(“Sponsor”)
The Sponsor is responsible for administering the Sweepstakes, processing entries, confirming eligibility and conducting the live random drawing.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with General Motors LLC, Chevrolet, Shopify, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X or any other vehicle manufacturer, ecommerce platform or social-media platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Florida and New York, who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state or district of residence at the time of entry.
The Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Florida, New York, Puerto Rico, United States territories and possessions, outside the United States and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, owners, members, contractors, representatives and agents of the Sponsor, as well as the Sponsor’s affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional partners and service providers, are not eligible to enter or win.
Immediate family members and household members of an ineligible person are also ineligible. “Immediate family” includes spouses, parents, legal guardians, children, siblings, grandparents and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. “Household members” include people who share the same residence for at least three months during the year.
Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification.
3. AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES
By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration, interpretation and operation of the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law. Winning the Grand Prize is contingent upon satisfying every requirement contained in these Official Rules.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 1:00:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time on October 12, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Standard Time on November 20, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
“Central Time” means the local time in Houston, Texas, including the change from daylight saving time to standard time during the Sweepstakes Period.
The Sponsor’s computer database is the official timekeeping device for online entries. For mail-in entries, the official United States Postal Service postmark date will determine the applicable entry period and promotional multiplier.
Online entries must be completed during the Sweepstakes Period. Mail-in entries must meet the postmark and receipt deadlines in Section 5; timely postmarked mail may arrive after the online closing date.
5. HOW TO ENTER
Two methods of entry are available:
METHOD 1: ENTRY THROUGH AN ELIGIBLE ONLINE PURCHASE
During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant who makes a qualifying purchase through the official Elite Toyz website, https://elitetoyz.shop, will automatically receive one base entry for every whole U.S. dollar spent on eligible products.
This calculation applies to eligible apparel, merchandise and qualifying products identified on the official website. Any product marketed as “Quick Entry” must be an actual identified product, not a sale of sweepstakes entries. Entry allocations or promotional offers that differ from the base formula must be disclosed before checkout and must have an equivalent free-entry opportunity under Method 2. No purchase is required to enter or to obtain any advertised entry promotion.
The number of base entries is calculated using the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes, shipping, handling or other nonqualifying charges.
Partial dollars are rounded down. For example, an eligible subtotal of $49.99 provides 49 base entries before applying the active multiplier.
ENTRY MULTIPLIERS AND BONUS OFFERS
The Sponsor may offer different entry multipliers throughout the Sweepstakes Period, including sitewide, product-specific, bundle-specific and limited-time promotions. There is no single fixed multiplier for the entire Sweepstakes.
Before each offer begins, the official website will display its multiplier or bonus amount, eligible products or actions, start and end date and time in Central Time, any applicable code, any limit, whether the offer stacks with other promotions, and the equivalent free-entry instructions. Email and social-media announcements may direct entrants to these terms. The Sponsor will maintain an accessible record of all ET03 promotional offers through the mail-in receipt deadline.
Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, base purchase entries equal the eligible merchandise subtotal in whole U.S. dollars, after discounts and before taxes, shipping and other fees, multiplied by the applicable multiplier. Separate eligible product groups may carry different multipliers. Partial dollars within each group are rounded down. A displayed total that already includes a multiplier is not multiplied again. Multipliers do not stack unless expressly stated; if multiple non-stacking multipliers apply to the same product, the highest applicable multiplier controls.
Example: $50 in qualifying merchandise × 50X = 2,500 entries. This example does not announce an actual ET03 promotion.
For online orders, the applicable offer is the offer active when payment is successfully completed. Future offers do not retroactively increase previous entries, and later changes do not reduce valid entries already earned. A fixed bonus, if offered, is added after the multiplier calculation unless the posted offer expressly provides otherwise.
All advertised multipliers and bonuses, including product-specific or Quick Entry offers, must also be available without a purchase through Method 2. All valid entries have equal weight in the drawing, regardless of the method used to obtain them.
ALL SALES FINAL; REFUNDS AND ENTRY ADJUSTMENTS
All sales are final, except where a refund, cancellation or other remedy is required by applicable law. Please double-check your order before checking out. Qualifying orders automatically generate sweepstakes entries, subject to payment confirmation, verification and these Official Rules. Change-of-mind refunds and cancellations are not offered.
The issuance of entries does not waive any nonwaivable consumer right, including any applicable right involving unshipped merchandise, unauthorized charges, or goods that are defective or not as described. Entries may be corrected or voided as provided below; they are not irrevocable merely because an order has been placed.
Entries attributable to declined payments, canceled orders, fraudulent transactions, or refunded merchandise will be removed to the extent of the affected transaction. A partial refund removes only the entries attributable to that portion, including any bonus for which the qualifying condition is no longer met. Independently submitted valid free entries remain eligible.
A good-faith refund request or payment dispute is not, by itself, grounds to disqualify an entrant. Entries tied to a disputed transaction may be reviewed and adjusted based on the final outcome. Documented fraud or intentional manipulation may result in disqualification, subject to applicable law.
METHOD 2: FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY
No purchase is necessary to enter through this method.
During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant may enter by legibly hand-printing the following information on a plain 3-inch-by-5-inch card or piece of paper:
- Full legal name;
- Complete residential mailing address;
- City, state and ZIP Code;
- Telephone number;
- Email address;
- Date of birth;
- The words “ET03 Sweepstakes”; and
- The statement: “I have read and agree to the ET03 Official Rules.”
The entrant must place the completed card inside a hand-addressed, stamped No. 10 business-size envelope and mail it to:
ET03 Sweepstakes
Elite Toyz Co.
P.O. Box 1045
Deer Park, Texas 77536
Each properly completed and eligible mail-in request will receive 50 base entries, before applicable promotional multipliers and bonuses. There is no limit on separately mailed eligible requests, and no overall entry cap applies to either entry method. Any offer-specific limit must apply equally to both methods.
For each valid mail-in request, the Sponsor will apply the highest advertised ET03 entry multiplier available through any eligible purchase offer on the official USPS postmark date, including sitewide, product-specific, bundle and Quick Entry multipliers. If more than one multiplier applies during that date, the highest applies regardless of the hour the envelope was mailed. On the opening and closing dates, any offer active during the Sweepstakes Period on that date qualifies. If no multiplier is offered that date, the multiplier is 1X.
Example: 50 base entries × 50X = 2,500 entries. This example does not announce an actual ET03 promotion.
For a fixed-entry bonus advertised on the postmark date, write the offer name or code on the entry card. A valid request receives the same fixed bonus without making a purchase, meeting a purchase minimum, buying a bundle, or subscribing to marketing. If the entrant requests incompatible non-stacking offers, the offer producing the highest entry total applies. Compatible offers may be combined on the same terms available online. Per-person limits apply equally across both entry methods combined.
If an advertised product offers a fixed total of entries rather than the standard formula, the entrant may identify that offer on the card and receive that same total through one valid mail-in request instead of the standard 50-base-entry calculation. Additional permitted fixed bonuses apply according to the offer’s posted terms.
Entrants may write an advertised multiplier on the envelope for reference, but doing so is not required. An omitted or mistaken multiplier will be corrected using the Sponsor’s promotion record and will not alone invalidate an otherwise eligible request.
Each card and envelope must be hand-printed by the entrant. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, metered-mail or automatically generated entries are prohibited.
Each envelope must be mailed individually with sufficient postage. Only one entry card is permitted per outer envelope. Bulk shipments and entries prepared or submitted through a third-party entry service will not be accepted.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than November 20, 2026 and received by the Sponsor no later than November 30, 2026.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, stolen, misdirected, delayed or postage-due mail. Mail-in entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS
All entries must contain complete and accurate information. Entries submitted by bots, scripts, automated services, commercial entry services or other unauthorized methods are void.
Entries may not be sold, transferred, traded or assigned.
If a dispute arises concerning the identity of an online entrant, the entrant may be deemed the authorized account holder of the email address connected to the applicable order.
An “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by the applicable internet-access provider, online-service provider or organization responsible for assigning email addresses associated with the submitted address.
A potential winner may be required to provide evidence establishing that they are the authorized account holder.
All eligible entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
7. GRAND PRIZE
One Grand Prize is available.
After verification, the winner will receive their choice of one of the following:
OPTION A — VEHICLE
One used 2018 Chevrolet Silverado modified into an LTZ-style clone, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $15,000.
“LTZ clone” describes an aftermarket conversion or appearance modification. The vehicle is not represented as a factory-built LTZ trim vehicle. The vehicle’s original trim and specifications are determined by its VIN and original manufacturer records.
The prize is the specific ET03 truck shown in the Sponsor’s official giveaway materials, subject to ordinary mileage and wear from reasonable promotional use. The Sponsor will disclose its VIN, odometer reading, title status, known material defects and final included modifications to the verified winner before the winner makes a final prize election. Promotional statements about possible future modifications do not guarantee those modifications unless expressly identified as included in the prize. No undisclosed material reduction in the advertised prize is authorized by this provision.
OR
OPTION B — CASH ALTERNATIVE
One cash payment of $20,000, issued by check or another mutually agreed secure payment method. No fee is payable to the Sponsor to claim this payment.
The verified winner must select either the vehicle or the $20,000 cash alternative in writing within seven calendar days after receiving the final vehicle disclosures and prize-election form. The winner will not receive both options.
The vehicle ARV is $15,000. The cash alternative is $20,000. The maximum ARV of the single Grand Prize is therefore $20,000, not the combined value of both alternatives. The cash alternative remains $20,000 even though the estimated vehicle value is lower.
The stated ARV represents the Sponsor’s good-faith estimate. If the vehicle’s actual value is less than the stated ARV when awarded, the difference will not be paid to the winner.
No substitution, assignment or transfer of the Grand Prize is permitted before delivery, except that the Sponsor may substitute the prize or a prize component with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
8. VEHICLE AND PRIZE CONDITIONS
To the extent permitted by law, the used vehicle is awarded “AS IS,” without any warranty from the Sponsor, whether express or implied. No remaining manufacturer or third-party warranty is promised; any applicable transferable warranty, if one exists, controls according to its terms. This provision does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. The Sponsor will provide the documents reasonably required to transfer lawful ownership, free of liens or security interests created by or through the Sponsor.
The Sponsor does not guarantee that the vehicle will satisfy every state or local emissions, inspection, licensing or equipment requirement. The winner is responsible for confirming and complying with the laws applicable in their place of residence.
If the winner selects the vehicle, the winner must possess a valid driver’s license and provide evidence of legally required automobile insurance before accepting delivery.
The winner is responsible for all costs not expressly included in these Official Rules, including federal, state and local taxes, title, registration, licensing, insurance, inspections, emissions compliance, transportation, travel and delivery expenses.
The Sponsor will coordinate the reasonable time, place and method of prize delivery or pickup with the verified winner. The prize will be made available within 60 days after verification and the winner’s written prize election, subject to legally required processing or a delay agreed to in writing. Risk of loss and responsibility for the vehicle transfer to the winner upon delivery or pickup and completion of the required documentation.
9. LIVE RANDOM DRAWING
One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible online and mail-in entries received.
Elite Toyz Co. will conduct the live random drawing after the November 30, 2026 mail-in receipt deadline and no later than December 4, 2026, subject only to an unavoidable delay permitted under Section 13. The exact time and viewing location will be announced through the official Elite Toyz website and/or official Elite Toyz social-media accounts. Entrants do not need to watch or be present to win. All timely received eligible mail-in entries must be processed before the drawing.
The drawing will use a random-selection method chosen by the Sponsor. The Sponsor may first remove accidentally duplicated database records, fraudulent entries, invalid entries or otherwise ineligible entries. Multiple valid entries submitted by the same person are permitted and will not be removed merely because that person entered more than once.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The entrant selected during the live drawing is only a potential winner until their identity and eligibility have been confirmed.
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted using the telephone number and email address associated with the selected entry.
The Sponsor will not require the potential winner to pay any fee or provide payment information to claim the Grand Prize. The Sponsor will not confirm a winner solely through a social-media direct message.
The potential winner may be required to complete and return:
- An affidavit or declaration of eligibility;
- A liability and publicity release;
- IRS Form W-9;
- Government-issued identification;
- Proof of age and residency;
- Proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder associated with the selected entry; and
- Any other documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and award the Grand Prize.
The requested documents must be completed and returned within seven calendar days after the notification is sent unless the Sponsor provides a different deadline in writing.
The potential winner may be disqualified if the potential winner:
- Cannot be contacted;
- Does not respond within the stated period;
- Fails to return the required documents;
- Provides false or incomplete information;
- Is determined to be ineligible;
- Violates these Official Rules;
- Refuses the Grand Prize; or
- Cannot legally accept the Grand Prize.
If the potential winner is disqualified, the Sponsor will conduct another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries to select an alternate potential winner, repeating as necessary until the prize is awarded or no eligible entrants remain.
The selected entrant is not the official winner until the Sponsor completes verification and expressly confirms the entrant as the winner.
11. TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes connected to accepting the Grand Prize.
The value of the awarded Grand Prize may be taxable income. The Sponsor will report the prize as required by applicable law and issue any required IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation. Reporting will reflect the prize actually awarded, not both alternatives combined.
The winner should consult an independent tax professional regarding their specific tax obligations.
12. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, accepting the Grand Prize authorizes the Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state, photograph, image, voice, likeness, statements, biographical information and prize-related content for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any media without further payment, notice, review or approval.
The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable prize-award photography, video recording or promotional content.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who, in the Sponsor’s reasonable judgment:
- Tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process;
- Submits fraudulent or automated entries;
- Interferes with the Sweepstakes or website;
- Attempts to manipulate an entry multiplier;
- Submits false information;
- Commits documented fraud involving a return, refund, dispute or chargeback process;
- Violates these Official Rules; or
- Acts in a threatening, disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
Any deliberate attempt to damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate civil and criminal law. The Sponsor reserves the right to pursue lawful remedies against any responsible person.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, government action, widespread system failure or another circumstance beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, the Sponsor may select a potential winner from the eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action became necessary.
The Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision of these Official Rules does not waive that provision.
14. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, advertising partners, service providers and promotional partners from claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or causes of action arising from:
- Participation in the Sweepstakes;
- Acceptance, possession, transportation, use or misuse of the Grand Prize;
- Technical or communications failures;
- Incorrect, delayed or lost entry information;
- Unauthorized human intervention;
- Errors in administering the Sweepstakes or processing entries; or
- Injury, death or damage to persons or property connected directly or indirectly to the Sweepstakes or Grand Prize.
The released parties are not responsible for interruptions, deletions, defects, transmission delays, network failures, website errors, server problems, software malfunctions, theft, destruction, unauthorized access or alteration of entries.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. PRIVACY
Personal information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, fulfill the Grand Prize, comply with legal obligations and for other purposes described in the Sponsor’s published Privacy Policy.
Marketing communications will be sent only as permitted by applicable law and the entrant’s selections.
16. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
To the extent permitted by law, all questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without applying conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction’s laws.
Entrants agree that disputes arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to a class or representative action.
Any judicial proceeding permitted under these Official Rules must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Harris County, Texas.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, claims and awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs directly associated with entering the Sweepstakes. Entrants waive claims for punitive, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special or multiplied damages and attorney fees where such waiver is legally permitted.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
18. COMPLETE AGREEMENT
These Official Rules contain the complete terms governing the Sweepstakes and supersede conflicting statements contained in advertisements, social-media posts, emails, videos, product pages or other promotional materials.
The headings are provided for convenience and do not limit or modify the meaning of any provision.
If promotional material conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules will control.
19. WINNER INFORMATION
After the winner has been verified, the Sponsor may publish the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state through the official Elite Toyz website and official social-media accounts.
