QUESTIONS? ANSWERED.

What can I win?

The verified winner can choose our featured 2018 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ Clone or the $20,000 cash alternative, subject to the ET03 Official Rules.

What's the catch? Do you really give this truck away?

Yes, we really give it away. One verified winner will choose between the Silverado or $20,000 cash. No purchase is necessary to enter, and there are no hidden fees required by ELITE TOYZ CO. to claim the prize.

How do I enter the giveaway?

Shop any eligible product on our website. Each product shows how many entries it includes. Complete checkout using valid contact information, and your eligible entries are recorded automatically. Entry multipliers may change throughout ET03. No purchase is necessary; see the Official Rules for the free entry method.

When do you announce the winner?

The winner drawing will take place after ET03 closes and all eligible entries have been processed. Follow @elitetoyzco and monitor the email used to enter for official updates and winner announcements.

How can I track my order?

Once your physical merchandise ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and delivery updates. If you have any questions about your tracking information, please contact us by email.
